Octane - Dallas, Texas Trendsetting clothing store in 3000+ sq. ft. new shell in Dallas’s West Village completed in 2005. Another location was completed in 2006 in downtown Austin for this client.
KidKraft Products - Dallas, Texas Business offices and warehouse facility for children’s products manufacturer in North Dallas. The stylish offices pictured are just one of the many projects we’ve finished for this imaginative client.
The UPS Store - Dallas, Texas Located in the Shops of Legacy in Dallas – our attention to detail is just one of the many reasons we have completed over 30 locations for this franchise in North Texas. LFT / Lifestyle Fashion Terminal - Dallas, Texas Dallas’s revolutionary new fashion hot spot in 29,500 sq. ft. of new shell construction in Victory Park. An impressive array of materials and finishes are the hallmark of this upscale shopping venue.
Fitness Together - Plano, Texas A personal Training facility located in the DFW area has achieved a very modern and open feel with warm color selections and contemporary designs in this 1200+ sq. ft. shell. Other locations we’ve completed for this franchise include Keller and Colleyville. State Farm - Flower Mound, Texas Offices finished out in 1290 sq. ft. of new shell space – located in a suburban Dallas power center.
Camp Bow Wow - Coppell, Texas At nearly 6500 sq. ft. this ultimate dog day camp and kennel was built to exacting franchise standards in 2007.
Medifast Weight Loss Center - Highland Village, Texas One of over a dozen centers completed for this client in the past few years.
Wine Style - Lewisville, Texas Custom woodwork and cabinetry create a warm space and displays for this retailer of fine wines. Six other locations in the DFW area were completed by ECI. J Lindeberg - Dallas, Texas Clean lines and open spaces welcome shoppers in this Victory Park euro-style retail center in downtown Dallas.
Game X Change - Highland Village, Texas Games and equipment retail outlet packed in over 2000 sq. ft. in a North Texas power center.
Noble Roman Pizza - Flower Mound, Texas A newcomer to the Texas market, Noble Roman chose ECI to build out this nearly 2000 sq. ft. site and their first project in Keller. Western Warehouse - Highland Village , Texas Custom wood and metal finishes beautifully showcase Texas flavor in this 3000+ sq. ft. storefront for a Dallas retailer.
